Hotel Gobernador

It’s a hotel on decline, in restaurants they serve broken/chipped cups-glasses. Service is good. Building is tired whole property needs maintenance/update. Food quality is okay.

I I’m 100% positive I left a pair of Hermes Oran Splash limited edition sandals under the bed, I got home and unpacked and nowhere to be found!! Please check your Items before you leave the hotel, they are NOT honest and will not return your personal items. Housekeeping knew the value of my sandals are around a thousand dollars and they decided to keep them. 0% honesty

Horrible we always stayed at the hotel and it had always been beautiful. This time we booked 4 rooms but mine had a huge leak due to air conditioning it was so much water we couldn’t sleep I filled a complaint in the front lobby and was told the issue was corrected went back to our room a second night the problem was even bigger when I filed a second complaint they told me I should of came to the lobby and they would of switched me to a different room. Front lobby assistant said he couldn’t do anything and the manager does not work on the weekends they took my number down but as of now no one has bothered with a call.I have videos to share as well
