Beautiful hotel in a quiet wooded space. Grocery and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was superb!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Godewind Hotel, and I simply must extend a heartfelt thank you to the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone ensured that I felt completely at home with their warm demeanour and genuine care. Every team member truly went the extra mile. The experience was further enhanced by the food that was not only delicious but crafted to perfection. The beer was outstanding too: every sip was a testament to the hotel’s commitment to quality and attention to the little details that make a stay memorable. Thank you, Godewind Hotel and its fantastic team, for an amazing stay. Keep up the amazing work!

Customer service and empathy is not the rule here. I had a reservation and on my way there I had an emergency, I called from the veterinary hospital crying asking for an exception with the intention to pay a fee but not for the total stay. I understand the policies and rules, but also I understand customer service and human kind. The lady on the phone could try to offer to switch dates, create a voucher whatever to keep the customer coming in some point, but obviously, business forward thinking is not there. ✌🏽 thanks for nothing
