Hotel Godwin Meerut

Good decor and beautiful beautiful. Very neat and clean rooms as well as walkway, lounge, dining etc. service good, staff is good and humble. Room service is efficient. Food is okay. Lift in the building also okay type, makes noise sometimes. The one concern was power failure happening couple of times and switching over to genset took some time. This can be smooth. Services fine, all staff again very good, hotel is in big area so very open nice feeling.

The room we were assigned was not clean, and the amenities were not as expected. Additionally, the staff seemed unresponsive to our concerns. The worst possible place with the manager Pooja only working on bribes and commisions from vendors. The staff is corrupt and only there to take your money. The food is filth and the property is as good as an old monument that can die anytime.
