Stayed for two nights during the 2018 heatwave. My single room was great, mobile airco worked well, bathroom was super modern and breakfast was really good. Only downside were mosquito's eating me up during the night although an electronic repellent was plugged in (provided by the hotel even). Will come back!
My room was clean but very dark. It was big enough, even for 3! air conditioning devices ;) Problems at check in (we were in larger group) - I have to pay city tax for everyone and all get random rooms. I was placed in someone elses room etc. Problems at check out - we were ask to pay for something we did not order last night. Breakfast was very poor - scrambled eggs, eggs and beacon, everything was cold unfortunately. I guess lowest price has it's price ;)
A real disappointment. At the Reception I've been insulted, being treated as a poor from Balkan who can't pay for the dinner in the French restaurant. The air condition didn't work, the room was so stinky that there was a preinstalled air freshener. Additionally, the window could be opened only very little so it was very hot. I asked for a new room but they couldn't offer one. All this for 140 EUR per night. The bed and breakfast was ok, though - this is why I give 2 stars instead of one.
