Stayed here for 4 nights. Breakfast was okay - different choices of food. The staff was mostly friendly, even though one of the reception guys could be friendlier. What disturbed me most was the noise! We stayed in room 506 and there was a lot of noise. If you’re a light sleeper you will need earplugs. The wall to the room next to us was not solid, we could look into the room next to us (!!!) and when the guy in that room was speaking on the phone, you could listen to every word.
It was not a 4-star hotel. Changed rooms 2 times. AC wasn't working. Breakfast was mediocre. It could be better. Location is perfect!
I booked this hotel for my boyfriend who was going for a week, well he said that everything was pleasant, neighborhood was considered a nice area, quiet, the facility was nice & clean, price was amazing MOST of the staff was nice BUT they do charge extra if u have a guest there for more than 20 minutes which is ridiculous to me because I booked him TWO rooms, for technically two people each. Although it was just him & his friend and they both took separate rooms they tried to charge him extra for letting a family member in his room for almost 10 minutes. Then at around 4am a staff member was sitting down by the stairs near the room almost as if he was trying to listen into the rooms which made their stay VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Over all everything was nice, area, hotel & cleaniness also majority of the staff except for those few weirdos working there so no we will not be booking there again
