Hotel Golden Way Giyimkent

Staying at Golden Way was such a great experience! The service was super friendly and attentive. The room was so comfy, I didn’t want to leave. What impressed me the most was when my brother was sick, and the hotel staff offered medicine and even brought water to our room. They really care about their guests! From service to comfort and interior design, everything was top-notch. Definitely coming back if I get the chance. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 days after receiving care. Appreciated the room view from the 11 floor. Guest service was great and food from roof top is better than the free breakfast provided on the 3rd floor. My suggestion will be to upgrade some cosmetic changes to the rooms, add movie channels in English for foreigners, and add scrambled eggs for breakfast. Another plus was that the bed was comfortable with no bedbugs!!

Very bad customer service. Upon check in, aircond not functioning. Tried to called reception however not reachable through the phone. Went to reception and informed the matter. The reception will send the maintenance team to room. However after 30 minutes, no one came. Went again to reception however they not assisting at all and gave the answer “ If you want cold room, tried to open the window” . Asked to speak with higher management or duty manager but they not allowed it. Only went when I insisted about the matter they manage to send the maintenance to come. Additionally the room condition also bad
