We loved our 4 nights in Goldener Löwe! The price of the room, as well as the prices in the hotel's restaurant were great! Food was so good, that we ate there every evening on the beautiful summer terrace. They have an awesome outdoor playground next to the terrace, that our 4 years-old looked forward to come back to every evening from Legoland. The hotel is only 5 minutes drive from Legoland and in a quiet, not busy area of the town. We loved it and warmly recommend it to families! The staff were very sweet and welcoming, thank you!
We stayed for two nights during our visit to LEGOland. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were cozy (it shows / feels that this is a vintage family house) and we actually had enough space for a table and chairs (2 adulty + 2 children). The hotel has a guest only restaurant (decent beer, excelent Spatzle) for those who do not have the energy to go to the city center which is a 15 minute walk away. Breakfast is self-service with a good selection of foods and bread. Even has Cocoa+foam which was hit. Very reasonable price as well - cca 340€ for 2 nights.
Nice, clean and calm little hotel. Good breakfast, nice and helpfull staff. Possibility of good dinner in their restaurant for hotel guests. Parking available.
