Wonderful long weekend choice if you love golf good food good wine and classical rooms. Staff are very nice and friendly.

We stayed here on our way from Paris to Lyon for one night. The grounds and our room were beautiful, the rest of the hotel leaves a little to be desired for a 4 star hotel. Although the website says there are two restaurants, the only one open was the fine dining one which was a disappointment. The bar / lounge rooms were very vast and felt like they were never used. We tried to have a pre-dinner cocktail and snacks but there was no staff manning the bar. It felt odd to have to ask the front desk for help at 6pm on a Saturday for a drink! There was no service at the pool either. There was AC in the bedrooms and the bed / linens were lovely. The breakfast was absolutely divine with a full buffet of homemade granola, jams and juice. Options of cheese, toast, meat, eggs, bacon, croissants. It was delicious! We definitely had a nice stay, however some of the amenities and service could be improved.
