Lovely family-owned small hotel in Graz. Very friendly service. Conveniently located close to tram connections - still quiet and peaceful. You can enjoy breakfast outside, there is a courtyard inside the building.
Clean and tidy room… Room get clean daily if you inform them… Staff members are very polite and helpful… Impressed with gym, sona and infrared lights service available free includes in the hotel fees… Breakfast was okay for me since I am Asian so you know our taste buds are different but good for people who is found of English breakfast rich options for them…
The room was fine and close to the centre. However, we were charged a minibar fee at the checkout while we didn’t consume anything from the minibar, we just put a water bottle in it. The receptionist only said it was a hotel stay tax and did not say anything about the minibar charge, which was included in the price we paid and which we saw in the receipt later.
