this is a fantastic place. The rooms are very nice. The wellness section is clean. everything operates in the gym and the food selection is simply mind blowing located at a beautiful location in the south of Poland I visit this place once a year for a conference and I love it.
This is my first time visiting poland and my family and i have loved the hotel and the area, hotel and pool was really clean, the whole area around is so clean and friendly. Definitely need to revisit.
This is a very pricey hotel and I don't mind it at all. You have access to the water park and both breakfast and dinner are included in the price. The reasons I score down are such: 1. The food was just ok, rather average. If you want to pay for an extra meal it's 170zl for a buffet lunch - definitely not worth the price since there are amazing restaurants in Wisła and you'll eat for third the price. 2. The water park doesn't open until 11am. So if you stay at the hotel only one night you can only use the water park in the evening. For the price of the room you'd expect to be able to use the facilities in the morning. I felt cheated honestly when I was told I couldn't use the pool in the morning. 3. The playroom has films and cartoons for the kids playing almost all day long. Guys kids are meant to play and not watch films on a huge screen All in all we had a good , comfortable stay but for the price you expect more.
