Hotel Gracery Asakusa

I stayed here on two different trips and had a great stay both times. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable, and the hotel is in a very accessible location. The proximity to several subway stations makes it easy to get to and from anywhere in Tokyo. Definitely planning on staying here next time I visit Tokyo.

Great location near main attractions in Asakusa. It’s a four star hotel however the rooms are quite small. If you have suitcases or have to unpack not much of space left. Large bath and shower room. The room is clean however the hotel does not clean the room every day. They do empty the garbage and clean the toilet every day. Nice breakfast but not much of a choice for western breakfast lovers. Overall nice hotel and friendly staff

An outdated hotel with serious cleanliness issues. The moment you walk into the room, you're hit by a strong, musty odor from the old carpet. The walls are stained, and the so-called double rooms are uncomfortably small. It's impossible to classify this hotel as four-star—at best, it's a two-star experience. Not recommended for anyone seeking comfort or hygiene. The location is the hotel's sole redeeming feature.
