I enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was quiet and the staff were nice. The rooms were quite spacious and modern although there should’ve been a smart tv. But it was a very comfortable stay with lots of restaurants nearby. Also the Godzilla exhibit was amazing for a dedicated Godzilla fan such as me. They even included the suits in a traditional Godzilla movie set.
Very clean, comfortable, and spacious if compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The facilities are great: laundry room, water and ice machines in the hallway, and a polite, helpful staff. The location is amazing! You're right in the liveliest part of the city, but without the noise. One big highlight: the hotel allows you to store your luggage if you're traveling to other cities in Japan and returning to Tokyo later — which was super helpful for us. We didn’t have to carry big suitcases everywhere. Out of all the places we stayed in Japan, this was by far the best. Highly recommend!
Check-in was smooth, and the location’s perfect, with endless dining spots nearby. The staff and concierge were friendly, the room was smartly designed, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. That Godzilla head? awesome! Made our first 3 nights in Tokyo a blast.
