The staff at the hotel was exceptional! Friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The mattress in our room was firm but not hard and the pillows were soft. The location is very near a trolley stop (driver will collect the 1.80 fare) so it is easy to get to the tourist areas. Hotel is in a quiet area, room had good blackout curtains.
This place is awesome. Very clean and the entire staff is very polite, professional and helpful! Special thanks to Adisa at the front desk. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sarajevo and Bosnia. 👍🙏
5 km away from Baščaršija but a good value. Helpful, chatty staff, answers any question. Clean, spacious room. Delicious breakfast.
