Hotel Grafit has adequate parking facility on site, and that is available without any additional charge. The rooms are clean, corridor wide, bathroom fittings new. It is conveniently located for the highway users, within 10 minutes drive of Kielce, adjacent to Warsaw-Krakow highway.
Convenient hotel with a good location to attend trade shows in Kielce. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast and the restaurant was OK.
Too bad, it looked promising with the stars and the pictures because the rooms are well arranged, with good equipment BUT : - musty smell in the rooms and common areas = see picture of the insects (the staff confirm that the problem is present in many rooms) - dirty and badly cleaned room, stained headboard, yellowed hair, towels and sheets. - Lack of competence regarding bookings that have already been paid for. What a pity, a better involvement in the cleaning and the treatment of the humidity problem would enhance the hotel
