Ischgl is beautiful and I would love to come again, but I would stay at any other hotel than this one. Mrs Ganahl is very rude and unpleasant and unhelpful. The Service is bad and I would not give them any money, even if they have a nice hotel.
We reserved a room at Gramaser hotel in Ischgl 3 weeks in advance but 3 days before the day of the arrival we received a message that there’s a double booking on our room. Therefore, they have to cancel our reservation and we had to search for another hotel. Nice, isn’t? Finding something good for a reasonable price in high skiing season on such a short notice is next to impossible. Very disappointing!
