I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Mahakam Hotel, and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel's warm and homey atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food at the hotel was also top-notch - delicious and satisfying, with a great selection of options to choose from. And the location? Perfect! The hotel is situated in a great spot, with plenty of public places and amenities nearby, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, I would highly recommend the Grand Mahakam Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just home after another eight days at this wonderful Jakarta hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms, excellent food and beverage, lovely restaurant, cocktail bar and roof top pool, this charming hotel is large enough to offer the best international service and ammenities yet small enough to always feel friendly and welcoming. I have to especially mention the amazing staff. The front desk team who looked after me so efficiently and well, Arthur and all the concierge team for their kindness and help and Bambang, Firman, Afan and all the food and beverage staff who every day made dining at the hotel such a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Gran Mahakam. Honestly, it's my first time here and I'm very happy. The location is strategic, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms and decor are romantic and the atmosphere is very quiet and not noisy. Thank u Grand Mahakam 🌻
