Hotel Gran Marquise

Staff is great and adorable ! Many thanks to Ana the concierge and the receptionist for their service! Breakfast is amazing! It just miss us some vegetables. But all the rest is fabulous! Rooms are well decorated and modern. It’s clean. Well located. You can borrow bikes : so convenient! Pool on the rooftop is small and it really misses shadow up there for the sun-beds (adding parasols next to them will be great!). Gym is cool. And I’m sure that the spa worth the try !

Rare guest service perfection with a bit above average rooms (the public spaces are curated, comfortable, immaculate) at the visible edge of one of the true wonders of the world. Easy access walking to the lower circuit trail from the hotel. Damian at the front desk helped tremendously with several requests.

Horrible management staff : they refused my guide dog entry to the restaurant, then when I insisted they kicked my daughter, guide dog and I out of the only restaurant into what looked like a corridor. The TV did not work , the food made me ill. A complete rip off ! The only good thing were the Lovely waiters and porters and the fish in the lobby
