Great first impression as hotel lobby, bar and restaurant look very modern and stylish. Room was a major disappointment: foul smell of smoke, including in the towels. Not one item of decoration in the room: it looked like a prison cell with very bright white LED light in the ceiling. No picture, no painting, no bedside lamp, nothing. Dirty curtains full of stains (and what looked like burn marks). In the entire room, there is only 1 light switch: next to the entrance door. When going to sleep, I had to walk to the door, switch off the light, and use my cell phone as a torch to get to bed. 🔦 The next morning, I found a cockroach next to the bed. When informing the front desk about the cockroach, the staff member just shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes. 🫠 The gym was decent for a hotel gym, and breakfast was nice. Can't believe Gran Odara Cuiabá would get more than 1 ⭐️.
