Hotel Gran Paradiso

Great hotel. Various beautiful hiking and mountain biking activities nearby. Great food and super friendly staff and atmosphere (live music on Monday). Nice and clean wellness facilities. Also great that they give you a free pass for public transport in the area. Only downside is the sound of the nearby road, during summer a lot of sports cars and motorbikes roar by, making sleeping with a window open difficult (there was no AC) or sitting outside feel like a stopover next to the highway. Still would very much recommend this hotel.

We have been coming to this hotel with our family for 14 years now. Every time, it feels like coming home. This hotel has wonderful staff, excellent hosts, and the best service. Excellent spa area, very delicious cuisine. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. We will keep coming back again and again. It has been our family tradition for so many years.

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a high standard given the price of 240 euros per night. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The main access road was closed, adding nearly an hour to our journey, and the hotel never bothered to inform us about this in advance. When we brought this issue to their attention, their response was indifferent, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused. For the high cost, I would expect much better service and communication. I highly recommend avoiding this place and choosing accommodation in Cortina instead.
