We have ust returned from an 11 night stay at this fabulous hotel. It is located in Sant' Agnello, a lovely small town, about 15 minutes walk from Sorrento centre, but offers a frequent courtesy bus to and from the main bus station. The hotel is fantastic with good rooms, a lovely pool and bar facilities. The food is always varied, of high quality and three nights a week an evening BBQ spectacular is held. All the staff in the hotel are so friendly and work well together as a team, nothing is to much trouble for them. The bar facilities are good and the all inclusive means you do not have to worry about the expense (Sorrento is an expensive area if you eat and drink out and about). As I said ALL staff work hard and are super friendly. Particular mention to: Antonio the manager Antomella the reception manager Miriam on reception Joe and Nina in the barMietr Vivcenzo and his team in the restaurants. This hotel is highly recommended
A charming, traditional Italian hotel with friendly staff and great food. We stayed in a good sized triple room — next to the lift but quiet at night. The balcony wasn’t huge but offered glimpses of the sea, front gardens, and nearby hillside hotels. Food was a highlight — especially the outdoor barbecue nights and wood-fired pizzas at lunch. Meals are on a weekly cycle, so longer stays might feel repetitive. Breakfast offered a decent hot selection and plenty of pastries. The pool area is lovely, surrounded by lemon trees (and yes, mosquitoes — bring spray!). Sunbed reserving is common, so get in early. Bar drinks are basic, and service can be efficient but not overly warm. Indoor bars lack atmosphere but are great for a quiet game of cards. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the coast for incredible sunset views over Naples and Vesuvius. Sorrento is walkable, and local transport links are excellent. Overall, a good-value base with old-school charm — not five-star luxury, but full of heart.
Nice hotel, good location(town a short walk away with busses available )and the staff are very friendly and helpful with one of them even borrowing me their ID so I could get some cigarettes from a vending machine as I had no citizens card. Breakfast and the Evening bbq was excellent food, not so good for lunch and evening meals with limited choice of food. Loses a star because of this and also a bit of an ant problem. There was a little bit of damp in the room but reckon that’s due to the air conditioning being on constantly.4/5 starts overall very good
