Hotel Granados 83 a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts

We really enjoyed our stay! For the value, we got a lot out of Granados 83. It is in a great location where it’s easy to get to transit (about a 6 minute walk to the metro), and was also very walkable. There were lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were all lovely. Everything is well maintained, and we particularly enjoyed an afternoon at the pool- albeit small it was a great spot to relax. We came and went from Barcelona a few times during our stay so we were in 3 separate rooms at Granados 83. All 3 were clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Occasionally we could hear some light noise either from outside (on the lower floors) or nearby rooms, but it was quiet enough not to be a bother. The one morning there was construction next door, the staff did their best to request they delay the noise until a more reasonable hour. I’d highly recommend Granados 83 and would certainly stay again. Thank you!

Had a great stay here. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - I left my bag with them prior to check in and when I came back to collect my room key they’d already placed my bag in the room which I thought was a lovely touch. Everything was clean, the rooms were comfortable and had great amenities. Didn’t have any food so can’t comment on that. Would stay again!

Centrally located hotel with many interest points around. The subway is pretty close so you can quickly get anywhere. We stayed for 3 nights in room 401. As soon as we moved in, we noticed a mold coming out from ventilation. We didn't report it until moving out because we were already tired after dealing with the previous hotel but I'd say this is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. I understand that this is a common problem for Barcelona but it seemed like they don't really care when I reported it to the reception at the checkout. Otherwise, the room is spacious. I wouldn't call it perfectly quiet as we could hear some noise from the corridor but this room was closest to the elevator and we were able to sleep without any issues. In the morning we could hear some drilling from the next building so good to note that. It's not the greatest hotel I've stayed and I feel sorry for the money I spent but this is not the worst option as well. You only get 2 coffee capsules as a gift for the first night, the rest is for extra payment. Shampoo and shower gel seem to be watered down.
