Great room. Spacious with marvelous view. The lobby was welcoming and offered free coffee and snack. The hotel was located easily accessible from the east exit of the JR station. Where visiting Sendai, I will likely book the hotel again. However I would recommend the hotel to lower the scent-machine on the first floor. It was to strong!
Such a pleasant stay! For the price we got a big room with plenty of space, which felt nice after the crammed Tokyo hotels :) The staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. We were able to communicate in English with no problems. The front desk offered us help with sending our luggage via Kuroneko to our next hotel and was of great help. Breakfasts were such a treat, with kind staff and pleasant atmosphere. We got to try interesting sidr dishes each day. The menu was written in Japanese and the serving staff didn't speak English, but that was the only downside. The location is great - a short walk from the Sendai station and right on the main road - but the hotel is on the upper floors, so no noise. There's a conbini on the ground floor, accessible by elevator directly from the hotel. Overall amazing, we will be coming back on our next trip! :)
Great location, 10 mins walk from Sendai Train Station. Friendly staff. Great Breakfast and snacks, drinks were free flow from 3 to 10.30pm. Supper of yummy noodles were served at the reception/ lounge area, FOC! Rooms were super clean.
