First time visiting Tokyo and stayed here for a few nights. The location is very convenient, only a few minutes of walking distance from the Ginza main street. We arrived a little early so paid a bit of extra for early check in, the hotel did tell us prior to our arrival so we had no issue with that. The service was good, reception speaks good English. Room was nice and tidy. Breakfast portion is a bit small, none of us was full but I think this is just pretty standard for Japan. And finally I have to say the quilt they use is super conformable, I had really good sleep with that quilt.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was laid out efficiently to maximise use of the space. The view overlooking a main Street in Ginza was actually enjoyable. Staff were exceptionally friendly, we felt very welcomed. The location was amazing, it's a 5 min walk to the closest subway station and about a 5 min walk to Ginza 6.

We stayed in a corner suite and really appreciated the large windows that wrap around the room, giving it a bright and open feel. The space is generous by Tokyo standards, with a comfortable couch and a large bed—though I did find the mattress a bit too soft for longer stays, which can be tough on the back. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I continue to love the location. It’s incredibly convenient, with three metro stations just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, it’s perfectly situated for breakfast at Tsukiji and dinner in Ginza.
