What a fabulous location of the hotel. It is so well maintained. Good breakfast compared to many other hotels . For tourists who visit only for couple of days it is just perfect as it is in the centremost point of the city and everything that is there to see is easy to access from here.

Let me start by saying the location of this hotel is exceptional, right on the main square. Rooms are also very quiet due to double windows, even though you're on the square. We had an "apartment" (we were kindly upgraded to this room), which was extremely spacious, and had a lovely view of the square. The AC works well, which was especially appreciated as it was quite warm when we were there in late June. Things to note: - The hotel and rooms while clean, are very dated and the hotel feels a bit rough around the edges - There is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow, so this would not be a great choice if you have mobility issues (they very kindly do bring up your luggage for you though!) - There is a strict no-check in until 2pm policy, so while you can drop your luggage in the lobby, there will not be a chance of entering the room sooner than 2pm

Unfortunately, we were unable to travel to Český Krumlov as our dog became seriously ill. It was a distressing time for us, and we had hoped for some understanding regarding our situation. We acknowledge your decision to charge for the accommodation, though it was disappointing to see no flexibility or empathy shown. I sincerely hope that, at some point, you experience the same lack of humanity that we felt on your side. Please note that, given this experience, we will not consider your hotel for any future stays.
