Hotel Grand Chancellor Palm Cove

Lovely stay, particularly for the price. Didn’t need any staff assistance most of the time but the staff we did encounter were lovely (particularly the receptionists). Pool was great and clean, rooms were also very tidy. Had a bit of an issue with ants but that was most likely our own problem due to the food we left out. Very nice and short walk to the beach. Overall a great resort! Highly recommend.

Our rooms were amazing, large, filled with light and everything was clean. The view of the surrounding nature with wallabies passing through made it even more special for tourists like us. The quiet secluded location was great yet it was near to the beach. We did not take advantage of the dining options or the pool so i can’t say anything about them. The staff were lovely and helped us with every need and always had a smile on their lips. Definitely a great stay.

We had a delightful 8 night stay and for a 4 star hotel it was great. The cleaning staff were excellent as was the man in charge of the breakfast area. The rooms were clean and recently upgraded. Only negative - because the shower is over the bath, we felt that grab handles would have been a good idea, and perhaps an extra person working in the garden to keep it looking pristine. Also the maintenance man who kept the pool area, etc looking good was very friendly and did an amazing job. Thank you
