Its really amazing hotel and we had really great view..all the staff is ready friendly and easy to ask. Specially Zura his really accommodating and and have a vibe..overall very amazing experience and stay.
New Building, Beautiful balcony view of the city, peaceful location, 5 min drive to the old Tbilisi city and most of the tourist attractions. Staffs were very co-operative specially Ms. Nino and Natali. They always welcomed and helped us with smiling face. Breakfast was good, they had a rice in the menu, and they do offer halal foods. I simply loved my stay there.
For some unknown reason, we were not allowed to stay at the hotel. I had booked and paid for the hotel on July 22 at 21:00, but I only found out that someone was already staying in our room when I arrived at the hotel on July 23 at 13:00. Upon check-in, the receptionist provided a vague explanation that someone was already staying in the room, and then claimed that our reservation was a mistake. With the guest's phone number, the hotel did not contact the guest or acknowledge the issue, and the staff did not take any action. Since it was a busy time due to the Justin Timberlake concert, there was no opportunity to book a new hotel. It turned out to be a complete set-up, as we had moved out of another hotel for the sake of this one. The staff was unable to help us, but they didn't want to admit their helplessness and initially refused to accommodate us. They dragged out the process until the very end, but ultimately, they were unable to provide any assistance. I am giving this hotel a rating of 1 star for their failure to contact us in advance, even though they had the opportunity to do so the day before the alleged "technical" error was discovered.
