Stayed here for a week while skiing and could not be happier with the place. Out of everywhere I've stayed over the years, this is the best yet. We also had some tricky dietary requirements in our group and they catered to them perfectly which took out all the usual stress we have. The best bits are definitely the food and the fact you are so close to the slopes. If I'm ever back in this area, I'll be staying here.
The best by far was the service of the restaurant! The waiters were super friendly and professional, specially Federico, who took super good care of us. Food was also good. The location is great! The rooms need some maintenance though…some ugrades are needed for sure. And it is not very kids-friendly, as they do not organise activities for the kids in the playroom, which was very empty and needs some additional toys.
We enjoyed our stay, and we will stay here again. The location is great (very short walk to slopes) and price/value ratio is good compared to other hotels in Pas de la Casa in high season. Stayed for a skiing weekend with 4 teenagers in 2 triple rooms. Rooms are a nice size and have good storage space. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety and fresh. Dinner is good. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Spa is OK (pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna) but small, hot and claustrophobic so lower your expectations. Thanks for an overall great stay!
