I’ve stayed at over 25 hotels this year and this one is definitely in the top 5 favourites alongside St Regis in Kuala Lumpur and Sofitel in Hanoi. I wish I could keep this place my little secret. I will be back. 10/10 for great service and attentive staff, variety of food options and proximity to the slopes among other things
Nice and cozy place. Mostly repeater guests are staying. The staffs are very kind snd helpful. The area is a national park, so you can find easily some wildlife. The rooms are great, spacious, clean. The hotel is very close to the ski lift. You can enjoy the sauna and the indoor pool after a good day of skiing.
Lovely Swiss style hotel with decent service and excellent Italian & Japanese restaurant. Oddly for a top tier hotel, there was limited coffee selection in the mornings… only filtered coffee. Did not get to use the pool, but enjoyed the onsen thoroughly. There is a French restaurant in the neighbouring hotel, yet there does not seem to be a partnership to provide wider dining options to guests.
