Simply Outstanding on All Fronts!! Rooms Clean... Hospitality is the essence here.. In simple words.. HOME AWAY FROM HOME.. strategically placed by the highway...Special mention to Hemant for being extremely helpful with the seamless booking process... Look Out for TRUPTI and GIRIDHAR at their restaurant Ambrosia. Extremely helpful, polite and humble individuals!! Overall HOTEL GRAND RIO is extremely Highly recommended!!!
Service was not at all good. We checked in late around 11:50 pm.None of the helpers were attentive to carry our luggages to the room. We had to do it ourselves and the same was done during check out. We had to get our luggages down the lobby ourselves. Very biased service. Did not expect this from a business hotel.
