Hotel Granduca SPA & Parking

We stayed here for two nights in May. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to bring our two small dogs with us and they could stay in the room too. However, they are not allowed in the restaurant area and they cannot be left alone in the room. There is an outdoor seating area where they will happily serve you food though. I have quite strict dietary requirements and they were extremely accomodating, with gluten free options and veggie, etc. There is a supermarket not far away and some parks for an evening stroll. It took us 15-20 minutes to get to the centre on foot. The rooms are very quiet and spacious. The only thing that I would have liked extra would have been a small kettle in the room to make tea.

A big hotel surrounded by a garden and fence. You feel secure. Parking inside, dors closed. It's already a bit old but room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is old and the showers should be adapted as there is only the shower from above, out from the wall as you had in the 50s. Towels, hairdryer and amenities are very good. I'm the room minibar, filled, safe (with card) TV etc and even to press your trousers. Air-conditioned of course. Very nice and big breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff, 24 hour reception. Elevator. I felt very comfortable and at ease. And safe!!!

Okay hotel, service was good, decor is tired, bathroom pokey with scarce toiletries and paper. Breakfast was poor, bar snacks worse. Spa was good but we were surprised to be billed €15 each after using it. Overall disappointing.
