Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate

Not sure if this is a new hotel or newly renovated, but either way the rooms are really nice and great! We stayed on 15th floor so the view was amazing too. The staff was always friendly and greeted us whenever we passed the lobby. The hotel also provides luggage storage for before and after check-in. It's very convenient. Can't beat the location either being directly connected to the Hiroshima station. With all the stores at the station, you don't have to go far to get foods or whatever you need. Maybe the only drawback is the absence of microwave oven in the room and also coin laundry facility. Kind of understandable since the hotel's target customer might be business people. Hotel located at the train, bus, and tram station, very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is brand new. We were given room 1920 on the 19th floor with beautiful views of the bay. The room was very spacious and included a full bathroom with a bathtub that made you want to soak in it. The staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for its location and facilities.

The location of this hotel is excellent; it is right beside the station. We took the shinkansen, got off, and went to the hotel. The hotel has been open for about 15 months, and the staff are all very friendly and cheerful. We asked several questions, and they did their best to find answers for us. I would suggest becoming a hotel member first and then booking a room, as you will enjoy free-flowing drinks in the evening and some complimentary items like water and lemon bath salt. The breakfast was also nice, so you should book a room that includes breakfast; you will enjoy it. I hope to stay at this hotel again.
