We had the most wonderful time at the hotel. It’s located on a cliffside with great views over the water, and is off the beaten path meaning it’s quiet and has a nice secluded feel. But because the hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearby beach and town Forio, it’s easy to get around and do activities. All the staff members are so welcoming, kind, and always keen to help. Reception helped us book trips and beach umbrellas. If you can, consider booking half-board - dinner really is amazing, with a wide choose of first and second courses, always accompanied by great starters and desserts. I really hope I’ll have the chance to return here!

Had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was lovely, had a balcony with a nice view. The hotel had a Mediterranean type of vibe and was very clean. The spa area, pools, treatments, views, the cuisine...also amazing. Great place to release, relax and reset. It's a wonderful place. (Only hiccup🙄...the bed was too hard for me and a bit uncomfortable. Two twin beds making a king size bed and I can feel where they meet.)

Would be full 5 stars if the food wasn't so bad. Beautiful place, super friendly staff, fantastic rooms, but the food... If you get the half board, eat the antipasti and skip straight to desserts. The first and second courses are really bad, all of them. I got the impression that the inflation has caused a decline in ingredients. I suggest reducing the number of options on the menu, which leaves more money to get better ingredients, but something needs to improve. If improving ingredient quality doesn't help, change the chefs.
