Convenient location, very nice staff willing to help solve issues I had like street noise and AC. It worth to pay a little more for upgraded room. :) it has pools that opened till late!
I was staying here for a week with my mom for a holiday. At first I’d like to talk about the staff in here. Thanks to them we had really beautiful time, specifically thanks to the young waitresses with a black hair and the waitress with a glasses (greetings to them ❤️). But all of them were super helpful and kind. Also the food was delicious even though three courses are a lot for the dinner, but I guess that’s more about cultural difference 🤌. Lastly I’d say that the room was always clean so thanks to the cleaning lady. I’d definitely recommend to stay at this hotel! Hopefully this ain’t my last visit. Greetings Natálie and Bronislava
Great hotel, the staff was lovely and made the experience way better. Especially the waiters and the cleaning lady. There are 2 thermal pools and 1 normal one for swimming. On thursday there was an awesome “party night”, which was quite funny, since most of the people here at this time of the year were quite old.
