Despite strange negative reviews, I booked a room in this hotel and my stay was AMAZING! I can’t believe in any negative review from here, this place is really cool, nice and beautiful! The rooms are quite modern, it’s really clean and quite, the staff is friendly and helpful! The view is just magnificent! Please, don’t believe in those strange negative reviews, I suppose they’re just competitors or some sort of that. I really felt in LOVE with this hotel and would like to visit it again!!! ❤️❤️❤️ thanks Hotel Graziella!!!
It's at a great location. However, the hotel is poorly managed, definitely needs renovation, paint chipping off the rails. Poor cleanliness. We stayed 2 nights. 1st night we had new sheets, the next night we saw room service and yet the bedding still had the old sheets tucked in. The fridge was absolutely disgusting, turned it on and it smelled horrible. Looks like no one checked it in years! I've stayed at cheaper hotels with much better facilities.
Small older hotel with very few amenities. The staff is professional and nice! Free luggage storage. Strongly advise to have your own transportation ; little or no taxi, Uber, bus. 25-30 min walk from town.
