Stayed here for one night before our flight — everything was great! Very clean and comfortable hotel, super friendly staff, and a huge breakfast selection. Perfect location if you’re heading to the airport. Highly recommend!

The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and just a short ride from the city center. It made exploring Kraków stress-free and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The modern furnishings and cozy atmosphere added to the overall comfort of the stay. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with any requests, their hospitality made me feel very welcome. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Kraków. The rooms are ok and clean, they look old but it's ok. The problem arises when you rely on hotel information. They do not have the capacity for car parking. Instead of sorting out your parking they send you to another hotel where you have to pay for parking. So don't count on parking included. Breakfast is a pure disaster , unless you arrive right at 7:30 you won't eat again. They supplement the food very little. Don't even wait for juices and water after 9 o'clock. They'll announce that they're out of water and juice.
