Hotel Grifone Firenze Meetings & Spa

We stayed here for 2 days. Firstly the staff is extremely welcoming. When we arrived they explained the entire map of Florence and suggested places to go to and how to get there. The hotel cleaning staff is the highlight. They folded our clothes neatly and also the bedsheets and pillows were always impeccable and smelt great. The location is a bit far from the centre but the walk to the centre is very beautiful and would recommend staying here.

A Hidden Gem – Best Hotel of Our Italy Trip! We stayed in a family room at Hotel Grifone and were pleasantly surprised – it’s actually two spacious rooms, which gave us plenty of space to relax. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in Italy’s summer!), and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the small, charming yard – a lovely spot to sit in the evening. The large, modern TV was a bonus, and the staff were truly exceptional – friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. In the mornings, they even offered free croissants, juices, and sandwiches – a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Italy, this was by far the best. Highly recommended!

They were incredibly kind and accommodating, helping with a few small but important things during my stay, from assisting with a parcel delivery to offering help with documents and travel preparation.
