I had a great stay at Hotel Grint. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The town is small and modest, but there's something for everyone. The pool is small but well-maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We were looking forward to having dessert, but there weren’t any available. We also asked for pistachios, but the staff replied, “We don’t make pistachios,” which makes me think they might not speak English very well. Overall, a disappointing experience.

We stayed at this hotel some time ago for our vacation. It’s a very beautiful hotel with a stunning view near the sea. The food was good, although it was sometimes served a bit cold. The cleaning service was excellent—everything was cleaned and changed daily. When we arrived, we were told we had a room on the second floor. We requested a better room with a sea view and offered to pay extra. The two receptionists told us it would be possible. However, in the end, they gave us the same small room that had originally been assigned to us, which was very disappointing (10-20 euro doesnt affect us but it was disappointing). The service at the all-inclusive restaurant was also very poor. The girls working there spent most of their time on their phones in front of the guests, as if we weren’t even there. They were laughing constantly, and it felt like they were mocking us—especially the girl with long hair and the one with glasses. It’s also not professional or hygienic that they serve food with their hair down, and their shirts were often stained with food. On the positive side, the waiters and bartenders were always polite, helpful, and smiling. The toilets were often dirty, and there was frequently no toilet paper available, which was a problem. The pool area had a beautiful view, nicely blending in with the sea. Overall, it’s a nice, clean, family-friendly hotel, but it still needs improvement—especially in customer service, hygiene, and professionalism.
