Hotel Griso Collection

I recently stayed at Hotel was thoroughly impressed. The panoramic view of Lake Como from my room was breathtaking—truly one of the best I’ve encountered. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always courteous and attentive to guests’ needs. Their professionalism enhanced the overall experience. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the quality was good, the variety was somewhat limited. Expanding the options would make the morning meal more enjoyable.

Hotel Griso has the perfect location — just 30 minutes by bus to Bellagio and only 15 minutes to Lecco train station. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the staff kindly welcomed us, checked us in early, and even upgraded our room for free with a stunning lake view. The view from the rooftop and restaurant is absolutely amazing — a perfect spot to enjoy the lake’s beauty. The staff were incredibly supportive, friendly, and always ready to help. A truly comfortable stay with unbeatable views — highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Griso Collection, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clea and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing for a truly restful night’s sleep. The lake view from the balcony was the cherry on top, adding a breathtaking touch to the overall experience. Upon check-in, my room was not yet ready, but I was pleasantly surprised when the team upgraded me — a thoughtful gesture for which I’d like to extend my thanks to Jason, the helpful gentleman on the morning shift. A special mention also goes to Patrizia, who truly went above and beyond by arranging a to-go breakfast for us as we had an early morning flight. Her care and attention deserve a solid five stars. Every member of the team was warm and helpful throughout our stay, and I can confidently say we look forward to returning soon.
