very well located (central but quiet). very beautiful old building. really liked the room it was beautiful and had character (not the usual grey slob interieur). Was not a big Fan of the breakfast - big variety but lacking quality
I had an amazing stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is centrally located, just a few blocks from the main square and other attractions. The receptionists were friendly. Highly recommended!👍👍
This five star hotel is so wonderful, perfect place to stay in beautiful Krakow and walk and enjoy this priceless city. The soul and cultural capital of Poland. The restaurant is fantastic and the staff are so attentive it is a blessing to stay here.
