Stylish and comfortable hotel, very clean and spacious. All the staff were great (especially as our Spanish is limited) in particular Nuria who was very sweet and helpful. Fantastic buffet breakfast and good prices for a hotel. As we arrived on the train, it was a bit far out (we had to get a bus) but lots of things to do nearby and only a short walk to the centre

This a nice hotel! I stayed here for 1 night after a long trip from the Netherlands. I arrived at 21.00 as i was welcomed with open arms :) at that time, i could still order some food which was also great. The same goes for the breakfast. The rooms were clean and very comfy. So i recommend this hotel for sure!

Terrible experience – avoid this hotel and booking platform!** I stayed at *Hotel Guadalajara Conference by Meliá* and had a truly awful experience. The room had a very strong smell of some kind of disinfectant or chemical product, which caused serious respiratory issues for my daughter — who is an athlete and had traveled all the way to Guadalajara to compete in the Karate World Championship. We were forced to leave the hotel on the very first night and move to a different place, despite having paid for the full stay. No room change was offered, no refund was given, and there was absolutely no support or understanding from the hotel staff. What’s worse, **Booking.com**, through which I made the reservation, was completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Their lack of support in such a serious situation was truly disappointing and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to **avoid both this hotel and this booking platform**. Neither showed any care for guest health, well-being, or basic customer service.
