Do yourself a favor and ignore the bad reviews. This place offers an incredible customer service experience. Rooms are beautiful, quiet and astonishing views. Also the property is surrounded by many amazing restaurants. Definitely coming back.
Overall a good hotel apart from the gym. But what type of business travel hotel or any hotel doesn’t have a treadmill in the gym? Unacceptable failure to the point where I should get money back. Come on Marriott is this genuinely a joke?
I believe pictures speak better than words, sad I could not load them. Should not be part of Marriot, I made the reservations through bonvoy and regret it. Got 2 rooms, one with points and one paying full tariffs. For the rooms I wanted to leave a zero star but it is impossible.
