An incredibly beautiful and scenic retreat to get away from the city for the weekend. The staff is caring, pays attention to detail, and always makes sure guests are happy and taken cared for. Not to mention the food is absolutely incredible all over the property. Not only is the food wonderful, but the spa is one of the best i’ve ever been to, boasting three saunas, 2 jacuzzis, two large pools, a cold plunge, and much more. I will definitely be coming back!
We came to use a day-spa offer. The place location is breathtaking. On a hill, facing a lake. With a wineyard. The restaurant has great views. You could sit there the whole day, sipping tasty local wines. Wines exquisite! Great pasta and desserts. The fish was a bit plain on the other hand. But with their white wine, it didn't matter anymore. Nice massage and good price for SPA offers. SPA area is rather small but has all you need. Indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, a few types of sauna, infrared chairs, small corner for drinking tea. Water despensers everywhere. It's best to come during the week, off-season to enjoy silence and lack of crowds.
There is no need to look much further for a quick gateway from the big cities. It is approximately 2.5-3hours drive from the main cities. We stayed for 6 nights, which is a bit more than adequate, to be honest. The best duration for a stay is around 3 nights max. The location is quite nice and the facilities are indeed in accordance with a 4-star hotel. Nice spa area, several saunas, indoor outdoor pools, and jacuzzis. The premises are quite extensive. Therefore, even at full capacity, there is space to relax and have privacy. We were very lucky weather wise, every day sunshine and we had the opportunity to enjoy the beach and beach bar by the lake which offers, among other things, also a decent variety of water sports. The main drawback of the hotel is it's limited and very expensive menu. Quite a stretch price wise and given the need to just stick around and relax, it felt kind of extortive to be asked to pay these prices. The same holds for the drinks. Prices were at par with islands in the Mediterranean. Additionally, I would expect that for a resort advertising its vineyards, there would be some kind of produce to enjoy but unfortunately, nothing to write home about. Nonetheless, it's a nice place for a short stay, assuming that a 15-20 min drive to grab something to eat is not an issue for you.
