The stay at this hotel was outstanding. The room was clean, spacious and greatly appointed. Bathroom was large and well stocked. The staff was absolutely top grade. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoy history and was pleasantly surprised to find that the conference room on the first floor played a very significant role in Polish Olympics movement. Additionally, the location of this hotel allows for an easy access to many tourist attractions.
A great place to stay when you want to enjoy Krakow for a few days. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They offer help for arranging tickets, restaurant reservation, valet parking etc. The main square is 200 meters walk away and in front of the hotel is a park, where you can walk the dog (which we needed). The hotel is clean, nice atmosphere and interieur is modern/classic. The hotel misses a nice terrace but within 50-100 meters enough places to sit outside...and of course the beautiful main square.
Great hotel to study at. A bit away from many of our favourite places we found in the city. Mostly towards the south of the old city. Hotel is nice and rooms are great. Pillows and bed was fine but not too notch. Water pressure weak. In general good and met expectations.
