We stayed at Habakuk hotel for 4 nights in June 2025 with our small dog. Liked: - our room: it was spacious, clean and seemed newly renovated. - lobby bar: we enjoyed different cocktails and the overall atmosphere & service - gym - amazing! The best gym I´ve seen in any hotel so far - garage parking - location, of course! Things that could be improved: - given the standard of the hotel, we expected more when it comes to breakfast & dinner food selection - if you´re charged €20/day for your dog, you would expect to get something - a small treat, a bowl for their food/water, bed... there was nothing at all that was provided.

Very poor rooms with 2 single beds made into a double which was not comfortable! No coffee in the rooms and non available before 8am. The a/c was terrible and hardly works making the room very hot so I bought a big fan ! No use of the pool before 2pm Great staff ! Great location !

★☆☆☆☆ Jul 2025

The hotel is a true disappointment, despite its high-class appearance. It has numerous issues — from having no seating furniture on the terrace, to a completely non-functional internet connection in the room. The Wi-Fi signal is so weak, the same like the hotel which is 300 meters away. This is especially frustrating considering it promotes itself as a business hotel with excellent internet, and is frequently used by guests for work purposes. Because the internet was so bad, I came down to the front desk and asked for help — either to fix the connection or to provide me with access to a conference room or any quiet space where I could attend an important meeting, which I simply couldn’t do from my room. The receptionist told me that they had no available space to offer and suggested I sit in the lobby bar — which was crowded and noisy, with music playing. Considering the hotel is responsible for the poor internet connection, I expected at least an attempt to offer a proper solution. Instead, I was sent to a loud public space — hardly suitable for business needs. You cannot get a fitness access card — you have to ask for it every single time, even though the gym is open 24/7. As the staff explained, they don’t have enough cards for all potential guests. I’m not sure how much one card costs, but it’s unacceptable that we are unable to use the gym freely. The parking lot is practically empty or half-empty, yet hotel guests are charged €15 per day. Meanwhile, street parking is free. We believe offering complimentary parking should be standard, especially considering that parking is free for spa or lobby bar visitors — but not for hotel guests. I asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning — it wasn’t. I asked again when I left for lunch — came back, still not cleaned. All in all, a disappointing experience for a high-category hotel where it seems the guest is not the priority. Instead, everything revolves around a massive, impersonal system focused only on procedures.
