Ok
The hotel is comfortable and located in a quiet and safe area. The service is average. At night, there was an inattentive young man at the front desk. The coffee in the morning was cold. Breakfast is said to start at 7:00 am. We arrived at 7:00 am and the kitchen was closed. They hadn't started serving yet, and we had to leave early because we had commitments. The day we left, it was raining. We asked for an umbrella, but they told us they didn't have one. We saw one at the front desk, and when we asked the young man to lend us an umbrella, he said we had to ask the owner for permission, but he didn't do anything else. I think the hotel needs friendly staff who know how to serve customers.
The water went out and I was left soapy waiting for it to come back, in the end they solved it for me but the next morning there was no water or electricity, I was cooking without air conditioning and without water. To top it off, breakfast took more than 1 hour to be served. There was no soap, it leaves a lot to be desired for the price and I definitely would not return
