Alberto was special, very nice and knowledgeable, we had a great conversation with him about Merida and the history of Maya. The hotel is beautiful, location is great, very close to parque Santa Lucía, plenty of food and bars options around our. There is parking close by, rooms were clean, everybody was super nice. We definitely will be back in Mérida and will be back on this hotel, hopefully next year.
The hotel is gorgeous. The pictures online don’t do it justice. The staff is wonderful, particularly Issac who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. They have rooms that may not be online, so it’s best to call and ask. We had our 2 kids (age 7 and 10) and they were really happy. Though I would say it’s more of a hotel for adults. Room was spacious. Pool is clean. Breakfast is not included but lovely if you choose to go for it. Definitely staying here again next time.
Absolutely lovely stay. Entering the hotel felt like entering another world that was quiet from the streets, with a beautiful hacienda vibe. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. We were caught in hurricane Milton but the hotel staff made arrangements to assure all guests and the bar making sure we had drinks in hand so we still had an amazing time. Rooms are also lovely and rustic. Highly recommend!
