Stayed here for a night on a whim when our hotel in Merida canceled our reservation last minute. It worked out great and we had a really nice stay!! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, we swam in the pool and enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Interesting contrast between the Spanish colonial style architecture and Mayan houses. Would 100% recommend staying. Will check out the nearby Ake ruins on our way out
Truly a wonderful place to stay. We'd only booked the one night but ended up staying for two - we could have stayed longer but had a flight to catch. We stayed in a Mayan hut. Ceiling fan and air-con worked very well, and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi also very good considering this hotel is in a remote location. We also ate at the hotel - good food and very reasonably priced. Thank-you for a lovely short stay.
The place is very nice and well kept. The swimming pool is very beautiful. Our room was very nice; the only negative thing is that you have no privacy in the toilet. We asked to make the laundry and the morning after it was ready (even if not ironed). We had dinner and breakfast there and the food was good.
