Very clean and well maintained. Observant management and helpful staff. Spacious and bright rooms. BTW: Excellent hotel location for walking to shops, as well as bike riding out-of-town. Reservations placed by phone: Best experience in guidance over the phone while deciding for the proper hotel among three local options to meet the very objective of our extended weekend stay. This staff altogether offers excellent services!
I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life, and this is right up there with the best! Frankly, we were amazed at how good it was. Everything was just, well… perfect. The room was very spacious, very clean and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom with walk-in shower was great. Service was courteous and friendly. The spacious lounge with fireplace was a great place to just relax. The restaurant next to hotel (Pier 23) was excellent too, with good wines, fast service and great food. Please don’t change anything, keep everything just as it is! We’ll be back!
Rooms are nice and clean but the staff falls short.. the bartender was both useless and rude when I asked about the game bringed televised.. it only takes one fool to ruin my otherwise good stay..
