We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Halbert. The location is absolutely central – perfect for exploring the city. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Our room was a bit small, but still perfectly adequate and well equipped. A special highlight was the breakfast: a very generous selection, all fresh and delicious. One major plus was the hotel’s flexibility on our departure day – since our original flight was canceled and we had to leave very early, we were given a thoughtfully prepared packed lunch instead of breakfast. Many thanks for this excellent service!
I stayed there for 4 nights and would recommend it to anyone. It's worth it. It is in the center and the staff are all very polite and always in a good mood. If I should come back to Groningen, it will be my hotel again.
Great hotel in the city centre. Very clean and cozy. Some of the rooms have also balcony, which is a great plus, especially in Groningen centre. The staff was also very friendly, a great experience in general. Highly recommended
