We stayed at the hotel for our wedding anniversary and it was an incredible experience. Super friendly and attentive staff, comfortable room with a view of the lake, and at walking distance from the waterfall park and local shops. Highly recommended!
Beautiful views from our room, which was overlooking the G7 sign and lake as well as the torii gate. Very comfortable bed. The private onsen in the room was adequate enough that I did not need to go to the main baths. Cuisine was exquisite but maybe a tad not enough food especially for a cold winter night, luckily there was a convenience store next door where we got some snacks.
Big THANK YOU to Ms Ishijima and Mr Hirata for your great hospitality and service to make us feel at home in HANA AN. Both of them speak very good English and there isn’t any language barrier at all. We shall be back. Happy Chinese new year 2025
